Dirty and worn, but in good working order. These things are a 90s cyberpunk style classic. They'll take any 10130 tube you would normally use in a PVS7, but you may have to clip or file off the little nubs on the back of more modern tubes.
So why are they so cheap? They're in perfectly useable shape, but like most 7A's these days, they do have some lens issues, including delamination or mold (check that last photo). Take note, these are WAY better than the last ones I got, delamination is pretty minimal, but ill leave this warning up, just in case.
