Currently have 5 of these, most of them are brand new housings and lenses, though one or two just look new, not sure they were every used. Tubes are used, glass to glass, Russian made gen 2+ tubes.
Yes, they're suspiciously cheap, but they do work. The M2021 is a Chinese housing, with some less than ideal characteristics, like focusing past infinity, not being overly durable or completely waterproof, tight eye box.
Its really cheap and it does work, I cant stress that enough. All of them come with the eyecup and storage bag (except the last one, that one is missing both)
