Omni 6 tube by ITT, (now elbit), one of the better collimators with the larger lenses, truthfully an overall very nice device.
Solid performance, good condition, overall really good unit. Standard signs of wear and minor repairs, small dings and a few chips, nothing terribly large.
Don't know who Schaefer is, but i left his name tag on it, it adds character.
