Tubes are fairly clean, Gen 3 Litton M851 (very comparable to the 10160A) and are a very typical Gen 3 tube. Performance isn't bad, but it isn't amazing either, and the rear lenses have some deep scratches, and there's no infinity stop screws, but otherwise, not a bad starter device. It's cheap Gen 3 duals, but a bad place to start at all.
