Used, has a single visible splotch blemish, housing is fairly clean, delamination isn't serious yet, and definately a cool collectors peice that’s seen enough use that you shouldn't be afraid to take it out and run it.
These elbit/ITT tubes are pretty okay, not amazing, but certainly useable, even with some minor imperfections like this one has, be sure to check the photos.
Cool unit, and it's cheap, so a solid choice overall.
