In decent shape, but has had a rough life before being rebuilt. Right tube is an ITT omni 5 M851, and the right is an aviation grade ITT Omni 3 10160 (about the same specs as the later omni 5 tubes), so its a good fit. No low battery or IR on indicator, both were damaged by previous owner. Some bumps and scratches, but she runs like a champ. Lenses are clear, tubes are solid and perform well.
Not a bad device for a first time user, but be aware of your IR and carry an extra AA battery.looking
