Mix of new and used parts, tube is used, but overall pretty clean (except those two light circles), some mild shading from normal usage. Tube data plate has been removed, but its clearly an L3, and the pigtail makes it a modern L3, almost certainly an Omni 8 or better. Some scratches on the ocular lens, but no serious issues from it.
