Want to get into real analog night vision for cheap?
Dont worry, the slop-master has revealed his latest creation.
SLS Manufactured shell for good durability, and standard PVS14 components, with brightpath lenses for a good comfortable usage experience, and a PVS5 tube to let you see in the dark without breaking the bank. Standard CR123 battery, so easy to find anywhere. Not the best performance, and the tubes are all used and old, but they keep the price down, and gets you what you need, in a standard PVS14 style package, to use normal mounts, including the normal USGI J-arm.
Its not as weatherproof as a regular 14, but will absolutely be fine in the rain, and for regular water exposure, but not rated for submersion by any mean.
To quote the guys on the night hike i demo’d it with “This is surprisingly usable”
Much much better than the m2021’s I was selling earlier this year, probably due tot he better lenses, and the price is very much right.
I have about 25 of these right now, so feel free to ask for photos of the one youll receive.
