A tried and true gold standard tubes, the 10160A. Not the highest end, but solid, and reliable, and standardized. Both are made by ITT, one under Omni 8 (though unimportant, can't be mismatched when they're all forced to be identical regardless of year made)
Very nice device, image has excellent contrast and clapper clarity, and with the Anvis lenses, blocks out a ton of light you don't want.
