Standard envis housing (power button is pretty stiff) and has a PVS5 ocular, otherwise in great shape!
Well, you know, except for the mediocre (omni 4) tube that's been terribly terribly Blemished. This one is really bad, and it's priced accordingly, to move. Its an ITT (13567, now called elbit) converted 11769, so fixed gain.
Might be good for the kids, or a project, but its rough, don't say I didn't warn you.
